I used to write this training off a long time ago as…… ridiculous, a waste of time etc. But I know I was misinformed and incorrect then. It is exactly what the aviation engineering fraternity need. A gentle shake and facts placed in front of our faces.
Human Factors Course
I recently attended the SMS Aviation course in Melbourne, run by Matt McKay. It was fantastic, I got everything I needed to out of it and a lot more. The professionalism of Matt and how he delivered the course was the real highlight. He was very engaging and got everyone involved. The actual content of the course was first class and the vast resources that are now accessible by all attendees post course is really beneficial. I would definitely attend another Southpac course, I was thoroughly impressed.
