What participants say about this course

The practical group exercises provided by far the most benefit. Applying the skills learnt to an audit really helps to drive how principals from the theory.

Adam Borgh

I found the course to be excellent all the way through. I am a newbie to this and it has more than given me an understanding of how it all works. Without doubt, the practical audit section was the most beneficial. I took a lot of learning from this. Even though it was virtual, it put me under pressure and I identified lots of area to personally improve on.

Des Benson

Good Quality handout and books, content was extremely applicable. The Value of an onsite audit to bring theory together was great. Instructor experience as an auditor, with aviation background was fantastic. The instructor maintained a great learning environment throughout the course.

Brad Collier

I have gained knowledge and understanding of ISO, Audit Provisions and gained further knowledge and understanding of Quality Systems and Standards. David was clear, approachable, answered any questions and made the course a great learning environment & enjoyable. Appreciate your knowledge and experience that you imparted.
