Course Overview

The Managing Non-Conformance course focuses on identifying, investigating, and resolving deviations from regulatory, safety, and operational standards.

Participants learn to recognise various types of non-conformances, ranging from maintenance errors and procedural gaps to safety breaches, and understand their impact on compliance and flight safety.

The course emphasises the importance of accurate reporting through systems like Safety Management Systems (SMS) and internal audits, and highlights the roles of engineers, aircrew, and quality managers in maintaining standards.
