Any of our current Southpac courses can be delivered in your classroom or through our interactive Virtual platform, with each participant logging in on their own computer.

What are the advantages of in-house training?

In-house training provides many benefits, from cost and time savings to customised courseware that can be tailored to your unique circumstances or internal processes.

The primary benefits of arranging in-house training with Southpac include:

We want to run an in-house course. What’s required?

For training in-person at your facility, a climate-controlled room will be required that is large enough to accommodate all participants, with space for breakout groups, internet access, catering and refreshment areas, tables and comfortable chairs, a large TV or screen, flip charts, whiteboards, and either car parking or easy access to public transport. For Virtual facilitated training, all participants will need access to their own computer with stable internet connection, webcam and microphone, and a quiet space to login from work or home.

How is the in-house training priced?

We price courses based on the costs for the trainer, travel, expenses, administration and materials required to deliver the program. The training investment is based on a comprehensive package, not individual attendee costs. Typically, our in-house training is far more cost-effective for groups compared to the cost of individual enrolment on our public courses.

Is there a minimum and maximum number of students allowed on an in-house course?

We provide a quote for up to 12 participants but can accommodate higher numbers if required.

What does a typical day look like?

Most face-to-face courses run each day from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with lunch at 12:00pm and breaks as required in the morning and afternoon. Virtual delivery can be designed to a similar schedule.
