If you have completed the Diploma of Quality Auditing with our Safety and Lead Auditors Course and Systems for Continual Improvement Course, you can use the 8 units of competency towards your next Diploma following our Stepping Stone Approach. The Diploma of Leadership & Management can be achieved by then completing our 5-day Advanced Management and Leadership Course. That is to say, you gain two nationally recognised qualifications in just three courses.

Alternatively, there are several other pathways to achieving the Diploma. These are ideal for professionals who have completed, or wish to complete, our Aviation SMS Course, Emergency Response Plan or Safety Investigators Course. However, Achieving this Diploma under the current requirements will only be possible for a limited time. Diploma requirements are changing in early 2022. Further, the Diploma of Quality Auditing will soon require 12 units of competency rather than the current 8 units. Additionally, the units of competency for the Diploma of Leadership & Management will also be changing.
