Southpac Aerospace has joined PACDEFF as a major sponsor of Australasia’s most respected aviation Human Factors Conference.

PACDEFF – the Pacific and Australasian CRM Developers’ and Facilitators’ Forum – returns in 2022 with a highly anticipated face-to-face conference in Coogee Beach, Sydney from 22-23 March.

The forum has become one of the most regarded events on the calendar for Human Factors practitioners to meet and discuss contemporary issues in the Human Factors field. The upcoming event will be combined with the biennial Australian Aviation Psychology Association’s international symposium on Day 1, followed by the PACDEFF program on Day 2, with a central theme of ‘Responding to the non-normal’.

As specialists in Human Factors training, Southpac Aerospace has come on board as a major sponsor of the 2022 event and will host networking drinks in the lead up to the conference on Monday 21 March from 5:30pm – 7:30pm at the Pool Deck of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Coogee Beach. Southpac’s CEO Andy Shone will also be presenting a workshop on Day 2 on Human & Organisational Performance, and Operational Learning Teams.
