Our training team is growing! Southpac welcomes highly regarded aviation and human factors specialist Wayne Martin PhD to our team as a course facilitator.
We’re thrilled to welcome Wayne Martin to our team as a Safety and Human Factors Facilitator. Wayne joins the Southpac team with a wealth of aviation experience both as a pilot for 42 years and as a teacher in the University sector.
With a PhD in Human Factors from Griffith University, Wayne is widely known as a leader in the field, having founded the world-renowned PACDEFF Human Factors Conference, which will return in 2021.

Featuring real-world examples and practical application, Southpac’s Safety Investigators course introduces new perspectives on safety, as well as techniques and tools to investigate and analyse operational incidents that can lead to improving outcomes.
